This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for DockHarbor subscriptions. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record; refunds are issued through Paddle back to your original payment method.
DockHarbor is sold as a monthly subscription (e.g. Starter, Growth). Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. The price and included usage for each plan are shown on our website at the time of purchase.
Where a free trial or free early-access tier is offered, you will not be charged during that period. If you do not upgrade to a paid plan, no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hello@dockharbor.co. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be billed again. We do not charge cancellation fees.
If DockHarbor is not working as described, contact us within 14 days of a charge at hello@dockharbor.co and we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund for that billing period where appropriate.
Because subscriptions renew automatically, charges for a renewal period are generally non-refundable once the new period has begun, except: (a) where required by applicable consumer-protection law; (b) in cases of accidental duplicate charges; or (c) at our reasonable discretion for good-faith requests.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
